Using water from the highest mountain in Mexico, this decaf coffee is naturally processed, leaving it 99.9% caffeine free—perfect for relaxing moments or late-night sips.

Crafted from Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals grown by smallholder producers at around 1,000 meters in northern Chiapas, the relatively low altitude produces larger beans and a smooth cup with low acidity. These coffees are delivered to the San Cristóbal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations, to the east and northeast of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, ensuring traceable, responsibly sourced origins.
