A Northumberland Brand

Mallards Coffee Company was created in Northumberland and takes its inspiration from the county's castles, coastline, rolling countryside and rich heritage. From our illustrated packaging to the names of our coffees, our brand is a celebration of the place we call home.

While our identity is proudly Northumbrian, the coffee itself comes from some of the world's most respected coffee-growing regions.

Roasted in Partnership

Rather than operating our own roastery, we've chosen to work in partnership with an established speciality coffee roaster based in West Yorkshire. Every coffee is roasted by experienced professionals using commercial roasting equipment before being freshly packed and prepared for dispatch.

For us, this is a conscious choice. By partnering with an experienced roasting team, we can focus on selecting coffees we genuinely enjoy, creating distinctive packaging, and providing excellent service, while knowing every roast is produced with consistency, care and expertise.

We're proud of that partnership because it allows us to offer high-quality coffee without compromising on freshness or quality.

Coffee Worth Slowing Down For

Every coffee has its own character.

Some are rich and chocolatey, others are bright and fruity, while others offer smooth caramel sweetness or deeper, more traditional espresso flavours.
